BH2009 Exhibition

General Information
Parallel to the event there will be a scientific-commercial exhibition at the Grand Foyer of the Havana International Conference Center, venue of the event, where specialized enterprises, and companies will present their equipments, medical products, materials and literature related to the topic of the Congress. The price of the modular indoor stand is 110.00 CUC per square meter with a minimum of 9 squares meter for the whole period of the exhibition and includes:
Assembling Electricity consumption up to 500 W Modular white panels (2.50 x 1.00m) Name badges Label with the company name

The position in the plan will be a proposal of the Organizing Committee according to the reception of applications. Facilities for renting audio visual aids and furniture will be offered according the current tariffs at the moment of the event. All the information referring to prices, participation standards, conditions for sending goods, custom regulations, etc, can be obtained at the Department of Fairs and Exhibitions of the Havana International Conference Center
